CHAMP High Performance Compression Recovery System & Accessories are warranted by the manufacturer, against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase from Champ High Performance*.

 

In the event of any defect occurring during the 12 month warranty period, CHAMP High Performance will, at its option, (a) correct the defect by repair or by replacement of an applicable part or component that fails as a result of such defect. without charge for the part and labour; or (b) replace the device with one of the same or the current design. 

 

 

CHAMP High Performance also offers an Extended Warranty of 12 months for $50 which includes the same warranty as our standard 12 months*.

 

All warranty excludes transportation, shipping, or insurance costs, defects, damages, or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, improper or abnormal usage, improper voltage use, power surges, or neglect.

 

The foregoing warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, and is void if any device/accessories are not used in accordance with the Users Manual, are otherwise misused or modified in any way, and or repaired by anyone other than an authorised service representative of Champ High Performance.

 

• All replacement parts and products become the property of Champ High Performance.

• Repairs/replaced parts and products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period only. 

• For items needing repairs or replacement outside the warranty period, you will be required to approve our written quote before any repairs are undertaken.
