RETURNS & REFUNDS

We know you've chosen CHAMP High Performance products because they are the best on the market. However, if you need to return your purchase, we are here to assist. Please consider the information below when returning your product so that your return can proceed without any issues.

Alternatively, you can email us at info@champhighperformance.com.au, and please include your order number, proof of purchase and reason for your return. 

 

PLEASE NOTE - We are unable to issue you a refund or replacement if you cannot provide your order number, proof of purchase, or your package for specific products has been damaged and/or product has been used.

Return & Refund Policy

 

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you purchased your CHAMP High Performance product to initiate your refund.

 

 

  • CHAMP High Performance products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

 

  • All returned CHAMP High Performance Compression products or products returned due to change of mind will incur a 10% restocking fee.

 

  • CHAMP High Performance does not cover shipping costs for your returns.

 

  • All CHAMP High Performance products and packaging must be returned in new and undamaged condition, and due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on wearable items that have been opened and used (this includes all CHP Compression Cuffs).

 

  • CHAMP High Performance will not accept any product/s that have signs of wear and tear or have been soiled in any way. This will be deemed "unacceptable”, and product/s will not be accepted or refunded. 

 

  • CHAMP High Performance is not responsible for any return items lost or damaged during shipping.

 

  • CHAMP High Performance will endeavour to have your refund processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your returned items. 

 

  • After receiving your return and inspection, CHAMP High Performance will contact you with the details of your refund.

Sales and Promotions (Including Bundles & Packs)

  • CHAMP High Performance does not accept returns or allow refunds for individual items as part of a sale, promotional bundle, or packs.

  • CHAMP High Performance will only accept returns/refunds on sale, promotional bundles, or packs, if all products sold in that sale, promotional bundle or packs are returned, this includes free promotional products.

  • Any items not returned including free promotional products will be charged at full price and deducted from your refund.

Price Matching 

​

  • Because nothing else compares or comes close to the CHAMP High Performance Compression Systems we do not price match with other systems.
